Orders
A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Retail orders are posted on Tuesdays and Fridays; trade orders placed by Wednesday are delivered on Friday where the courier allows.
Prices and payment
Retail prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Trade prices are shown ex VAT. Trade accounts pay by card for the first three orders and then on 30-day invoice.
Delivery
UK retail postage is £4.50, free on orders over £40. Trade parcels up to 30 kg cost £9, pallets £45, and trade delivery is free over £150 ex VAT.
Refunds
If you are not happy with a salt, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it in full. You do not need to return it.
Food safety
Lowfield Salt is registered as a food business with the local authority. Every batch is traceable to the pan and the week it was harvested. Ask us for the analysis of any batch.
