Who we are
Lowfield Salt is a saltworks at The Sluice House, Lowfield Marsh, Holme-next-the-Sea, Norfolk PE36 0XX. You can reach us at orders@lowfieldsalt.example.
What we collect
When you order, open a trade account, book a pan walk or subscribe, we collect your name, email address, postal address, business details where relevant and the details of your order or message. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
How we use it
To answer you, to pack and post your order, to invoice trade customers and — only if you subscribed — to send the harvest letter four times a year.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for six years, as the law requires. Newsletter subscriptions end the moment you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to orders@lowfieldsalt.example.
